Operating Model

VietHope is a youth-based, youth-led and primarily volunteer-driven organization. We are students and professionals in the U.S. and Vietnam dedicated to achieving the VietHope mission by executing effectively, efficiently and with passion.

VietHope’s Team of Volunteers

• VietHope runs on the work of 20 active staff members of university students or young professionals.
• Our volunteer staff members are spread across the U.S. (Ann Arbor, Boston, Baltimore, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco Bay Area, and Washington D.C.) and in Vietnam (Northern, Central, and Southern regions)

VietHope’s Low Cost Model

• Based on a virtual organization model, there is extremely low overhead.
• VietHope staff communicates frequently via email, phone conferences, intranet and an annual retreat.
